The SEC is 10-2-1 vs the Big Ten since 1965. I use 1965 making an unscientific assumption that college football was fully integrated by that date. Any stats included in a common day commentary about the competitive level of football between these two conferences has very little basis prior to the integration of college football.
The Big Ten heydays have long been over. Maybe there will be a reversal at some point but current relevant facts just don't support any other conclusion other than the SEC currently dominates the Big Ten in football.
By the way counted in the two losses is the loss in the Sugar bowl AR vs OSU last year. Given the fact that 5 athletes played for OSU that should have been suspended makes that win for the Big Ten a hollow victory at best (forget about OSU vacating the win).
