Did Injury to Ted Ginn Jr contribute to Florida's NC victory over Ohio State?

Don't see this brought up very often. Did the injury to Ohio States star offensive threat Ted Ginn Jr in the opening minutes of the 2006 NC game against Florida make any difference in that game?

One might wonder how much of an impact that had on the mental part of the game as well as making it a lot easier for Florida to defend the rest of the Buckeyes when they no longer had to double team Ginn.

Im a Buck and proud to be so but to say if Ginn Jr didn't get hurt there may have been a difference in the outcome is a laugh. We were DOMINATED on the line and our defense could not adjust to what the Gators were throwing at them. They didn't look slow as much as they looked unprepared and lethargic.

Troy had no time to throw and I'm not even sure if we tried establishing a running game. If our chances were held on one man then we didn't deserve to be there. We are rich in tradition and have had a lot of success against teams with speed from the Pac 10 and Big 12.

It's now becoming mental vs. the SEC and doesn't make much sense with the talent we have versus other Big Ten schools.

Wisc, Mich, Penn St all seem to do pretty good against SEC opponets.

Look at this year's loss to LSU...penalties, blocked kicks, etc killed us and the momentum we had...again we didn't adjust to on the field situations.

Well get it right....eventually.
