Week 2 SEC Football in Review and a Preview of a BIG Week 3

Georgia and Ole Miss have started this season by easily handling the competition. Right now they look like the class of the East and West respectively. I thought if Tennessee could have pulled out the win last week, that they were the clear favorites in the East, but they lost a close one. They will still be very competitive and a surging Eastern Division of the SEC.
Ole Miss can score all day, we'll see if the defense continues to play as well as they have when conference play starts. I believe that Alabama is still a very good team and will be tough for anyone to beat. LSU still looks really good and can play with any team in the Nation.
Texas A&M may be the surprise of the SEC West and will be able to contend for that title. Kentucky and Florida are big surprises in the East. Missouri seems to be good no matter who they lose to the NFL, so watch out for them as well.
There are two major conference games with big time implications in the SEC this week. In the West LSU and Auburn play. Auburn has not looked very good this season and I believe that LSU may have the strongest team overall in the conference. If Auburn's quarterback can pick up his play, this could be a good game, but I believe that LSU will edge out another close one.
Also in the West Alabama will play Ole Miss. If Ole Miss can stop an Alabama offense that hasn't looked as good as usual, they may have a chance. I don't know if they'll be able to score as easily as they have, but they sure do seem to have a lot of speed on the field and you just can't coach that.
The battle to watch is definitely the Quarterback battle in this one. In the East a very important game is Kentucky and Florida. Both of these teams have played better than many would have thought and the winner could put themselves in prime position for a National ranking and to be atop the SEC East for another week!
