So what I don't get is "all of the wealthy people are moving down south".........soooo where are the bigger cities at?? Philadelphia, indianapolis, detroit, east chicago, columbus, cleveland, the south doesn't have too many big cities if I recall correctly, n'awlens, atlanta, miami, there not that big
