SEC is where you find historically "dirty programs"

The NCAA Investigation is always the "hurricane" that threatens the South East. Almost every program in the SEC has been under NCAA investigation and probation. The SEC is where you find historically "dirty programs". You won't see Big 10 teams under NCAA probation very often.

Maybe if the Big Ten took on some of the tactics of the SEC, then they would win more National Championships, but at what cost?
