Pac 10 is best swimming conference

Currently the Pac 10 is clearly a strongest swimming and diving conference. Cal and Stanford are the top two teams in the country, and have much more depth of talent than any SEC schools. Arizona and USC also are top ten programs, while the SEC will get at most three with Georgia.
