Not so fast!

Speaking as a life long bama fan I caution against jumping to the conclusion that our stats will win anything. If that were so we would have lost to Florida.

Big teams make big plays and rise to the occasion when faced with strong odds for defeat. Let us not forget Utah. Both Texas and Alabama are big teams with big talent; each capable of making those "game changing" plays.

I suspect Alabama will win. But I believe at the end of the game the difference will be boiled down to the outcome of just a hand full of plays. Both teams have what it takes to pull those off.
