My Bowl Changes

In each division the top two teams should have a mini-bowl. The winners of the mini-bowls from two different divisions should come together in to one bowl,(ie. The Rose Bowl). Then the winners of those bowls should have a play off, and the two final teams will play in the BCS Championship.
