I think he needs to go...accept a promotion upward or something. He's done good things but nothing lately.
One of the biggest things is the discipline factor. Without Cutcliffe, it doesn't exist. If he was still leading this team in the right direction, maybe...maybe it would be different. Too many negative headlines of players getting in trouble over the last few years. It seems as if there is no control....and it shows on the field.
I definitely feel that the talent has been under developed. There needs to be more enthusiasm, and leadership from the front. These are still young men. I'm a drill instructor and I know it takes a certain enthusiasm and motivation for what you are doing. It takes more than physical talent to develop and mold young men into leaders.
These players need something to get excited about, not being out-played and out-coached and then having to listen to how bad the coach really is and should he keep his job.
I'm a huge fan of Fulmer, but the game has left him behind.
