Consider History of Mens Swimming National Championships

Michigan and Ohio State each have 11 NCs while Indiana has 5. The SEC combined has 11 in men's swimming (Auburn-8, Tenn-1, Fla-2).

So, yes the SEC is currently at or near the top, but let's not forget history. You never forget to mention Alabama's past NCs in football; let's talk about preceeding National Championships in men's swimming too.
