2010 Auburn Tigers Softball
Auburn University is a fine school with many great athletic teams. Unfortunately, Auburn Tigers Softball is not one of them. At least, not yet.
Auburn is already preparing the 2008 schedule for softball, and announces that almost half of the schedule they will be against those teams that advanced to the NCAA 2007 tournament. Uh oh.
The head coach of the Tigers softball team, Tina Deese has the highest pride and motivation for the team and says they are ready.

Last year the AU softball team did as good a job as they could in the tough SEC; with a very young team. Many freshman were on the roster.
This year the Auburn Tigers softball team has only three seniors on the team however, these three seniors are able to assist the others.
The Auburn Tigers softball team plays "as a team" not as one. You can ask them all and they will tell you if one of them has made a mistake they all have to deal with it.
Auburn's softball team has on average the same amount of wins as losses so they usually about break even. 2008 will likely not be different. The Tigers usually have a losing record in conference and a winning record outside of the conference.
There were some injuries during the 2007 season that put AU in a position of falling back some. None serious. Pulled hamstrings, ankle sprains, and a few of the players had wrist problems.
The Auburn softball camp is not as easy as a lot of people might think. With training, practice, and discipline, its actually a lot of work. But the team doesn't mind.
The coach for the Auburn Tigers softball team uses their softball camp to teach the softball team the fundamentals as well as more advanced techniques.
The Auburn softball is an "all for one, and one for all team."
