Another Big East vs SEC win.

"South Florida knocks off Auburn with 4 missed field goals on September 8. Is the BE serious yet?"



EDITORS NOTE: Scott -- it was a great win for South Florida. They played awesome. Auburn was obviously surprised and not really prepared for some of the speed they saw from South Florida.

Obviously, there are some Big East teams with real talent.



But, when you say "another" Big East vs. SEC win -- are you referring back to the 2005 game you referenced earlier?



I mean if you look over all, compare the records of the conferences, there just is no comparison between the Big East and SEC.



The Big East is really hitting its stride and has won some big games. It is obviously underrated. Still, it's no SEC. They just don't have the history and depth. I mean look at Syracuse -- blown out by both Washington and Iowa.



Then there's Connecticut.



Yea, the Big East is serious (and deserves more respect) and some of its teams are obviously dangerous.



But, you can't take it beyond that yet anyway.



Still, major kudos to the Big East on last night!
