It's rivalry week in the SEC.
The weekend we all love to see since every game, well, with the exception of the long and storied Vanderbilt-Wake Forest matchup, has tradition and intrigue dripping off of it.
Game of the Century II? Maybe not, but there is almost as much, if not more, riding on this one.
If Arkansas wins, they can possibly win the SEC West, and possibly be in the national championship game.
If LSU wins, they win the West and will be in the title game.
The Hogs have won three of the last four, and in those victories, Arkansas margin of victory has been 2,1 and 8 points. LSU's win was by three points so these teams are as close as close can get.
In a toss up type game, I have to flip a coin. In my best Brad Wesley from Roadhouse imitation, I just flipped a coin. I sure would like to tell you how it came out
Nah, just kidding. Take LSU in a narrow victory at home as they get ready for a title shot in Atlanta next week.
Georgia has a lot going for them.
They have won nine in a row. They have owned the Yellow Jackets over the years. And, Larry Munson, the beloved voice of the Dawgs, passed away on Sunday, so they have another emotional element to play for.
However, with all of that going for them, one thing still remains. They are not that good
The last two years, the game has come down to the Jackets having the ball with a chance to either tie or win the game. This year, it won't come down to the final possession. Georgia Tech wins the game well before the final gun.
Tennessee won their first SEC game last week. Well, Vandy kind of gave it to them, but they will take it any way they can.
Kentucky played Georgia close and with any offense they would have snuck out of Sanford Stadium with a win.
With a chance to end the nation's longest losing streak to one team, Kentucky is looking to end 26 years of frustration to their hated rivals to the south.
Make it 27.

This one reminds me of the line from Tombstone.
"Hey, Bill. You smell that? Smells like someone just died "
"Oh, Johnny geeze "
Talk about a mismatch, you have it in Auburn.
Alabama is playing for a national championship. Auburn, for a state championship.
That should tell you how this one is going to turn out.
Given the fact that the Gators gave up 22 points to Furman last week, you have to figure the Seminoles are licking their chops.
Given the fact the Seminoles missed a game winning field goal to Virginia last week, you have to figure the Gators are licking their snouts.
In a matchup of two teams who have been nothing but questions marks this year, the Gators look more like the Riddler, and the outcome will not leave you wondering who rules the Sunshine State.
That's why they are Clemson. Hey, that ones fits too!
The Tigers are in the middle of their annual swan dive, and I have been wondering where Dabo "Big Mouth" Sweeny has been. Has he been at a loss for words? Then again, when you get blown out at Georgia Tech and N.C. State, that must make you a little speechless.
South Carolina has held it together this year, despite losing it's quarterback and running back and is a team that believes they can win.
Clemson is wondering if they can win.
Big difference
